Every new tenant will be asked to fill out a credit application, for your convenience we have provided this for you to download and fill in ahead of time.

A $35 fee for individuals will be charged to the applicant in order to run a credit report. If you are a Corporation or LLC, please call for specific details.

Once the credit approval process is complete, a refundable deposit must be paid to hold the unit in the form of a check or money order. The next step is reviewing and signing the rental agreement, paying the rent, and you’re ready to go!
